What is Breeze Assistant?

Breeze Assistant is the conversational AI assistant built into HubSpot for marketing, sales and service teams. Its answers draw on the CRM data and customer records in your account, plus HubSpot's own knowledge base, so replies reflect your role and the account you are working on rather than generic text. You can ask it to prepare for a customer meeting with account history and talking points, draft personalized outreach, analyze and forecast the sales pipeline, or create proposals, reports and pages. It can also build agents and workflows from a plain-language description with no code, and agents can be called straight from a conversation. You can also use it from the HubSpot mobile apps for iOS and Android. HubSpot says the assistant comes with a HubSpot subscription without an extra charge, although agents and some automation actions use HubSpot Credits, which are bundled with paid editions.
