What is Vivun?

Vivun builds AI teammates for sales, and its current product is Hero, which helps a seller during live customer conversations. Before a call, Hero pulls account context from connected sources such as the CRM, past calls, documents and the web into one brief. During the call it transcribes without a meeting bot, using the desktop app, and shows suggested answers to questions about pricing, security or competitors in a private view that only the seller sees. After the call it drafts follow-up and gives coaching feedback. Hero connects to Salesforce and HubSpot with read and writeback, to productivity tools such as Slack and Zoom, and to AI assistants through an MCP connection.
