Convo

Real-time AI sales assistant that listens to calls on your computer, suggests what to say live and drafts follow-ups afterward.

What is Convo?

Convo is a desktop AI assistant for sales calls. It listens to both sides of a meeting on the rep's computer, with no bot joining the call, and shows a private panel that flags buying signals, objections and gaps in discovery. When a buyer raises a pricing or feature question, Convo can answer from the documents and past calls you have uploaded, and prepared responses called Instant Cues appear at the right moment. After the call it saves a transcript, key points with owners and priorities, a 0 to 10 coaching score in five categories, and a drafted follow-up email. Playbooks such as BANT, SPICED or MEDDPICC fill in as the buyer answers. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Slack, and connects to calendars, CRMs and automation tools. Pricing is published: Starter is $29.99 per user per month, or $22.49 billed annually, Professional is $69.99 or $52.49 billed annually, and Enterprise is custom.

Use cases

  • Get live prompts during sales calls
  • Handle objections with prepared responses
  • Track BANT or MEDDPICC fields automatically
  • Summarize calls and draft follow-up emails
  • Brief reps before the next meeting
  • Coach reps from call feedback

Who it's for

  • Sales reps
  • Founders selling directly
  • Sales managers
  • Small sales teams

Why use Convo

  • Help appears during the conversation, when an objection or buying signal comes up, instead of only in a post-call review.
  • No bot joins the call, so buyers do not see a recorder in the meeting.
  • Pricing is published and has no seat minimum, so a two-person team only buys seats for the reps who actually use Convo.
  • New reps can draw on prepared answers and uploaded company material from their first calls.
  • Managers get per-rep talk-to-listen ratios and objection trends without watching recordings.
