What is Upcraft?

Upcraft is an AI sales agent platform that talks to prospects over SMS, email and voice. You design an agent by choosing its tone, uploading knowledge and setting a goal such as booking a meeting, recovering a no-show or onboarding a customer, then test it live in Test Mode. Campaign rules set who the agent contacts, which channels, working hours, follow-up cadence and stop conditions. It connects to your CRM and calendar, and a real-time dashboard lets you watch conversations, edit tone or logic, or hand a conversation to a human. A supervisor mode lets you ask the agent why it said something. Common uses are instant replies to inbound leads, missed-meeting recovery and proposal follow-up. Pricing is credit-based, charged per engaged prospect and per minute of calls, and credits roll over. Dollar amounts are not published.
