What is Tiledesk?

Tiledesk is an open-source platform for building AI chatbots and agents without writing code and running them alongside human live chat. You design a conversation in a visual studio, attach a knowledge base of documents and web content so the agent answers from your material, then publish it on a website widget, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, voice or mobile apps. Human agents get a team inbox, CRM, private notes, canned responses and smart assignment, and can take over from the bot. AI tools include a reply assistant, self-learning agent, AI conditions, MCP tools and a bring-your-own-AI option, and it connects to OpenAI, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Customer.io and Brevo. Self-hosting, private cloud, SSO and a white-label option for agencies are available. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of all features, no card needed. Paid plans are Starter at €49 per month, Pro at €149, Business at €499 and a custom Enterprise plan.
