Sistava lets you build a workforce of AI employees that handle defined, repeatable business tasks across departments such as sales, marketing, support, operations, data, finance and people. You hire pre-built roles or full teams from a marketplace, interview a template before hiring, and configure each employee through conversation rather than settings panels. Employees keep a layered memory, can share what they learn across the team, connect to apps such as Gmail, Slack and Notion, send email from their own mailbox, and join Meet, Zoom or Teams calls. The platform also offers custom agents with no-code setup, REST, MCP, A2A and webhook protocols, and a self-hosted option on the Custom plan. Work is metered in credits that depend on the model tier and tools used. A Free tier with a lifetime credit allowance is available, paid plans are Starter at $50 a month, Builder at $100, Founder at $200 and Leader at $400, and credit packs cost $6, $11 and $15.
