A performance model called Neural predicts which line will do well before anything is sent, trained on a decade of messaging experiments that produced 60 billion data points. Contextual features generate and test messages for individual customers using brand, product and personal attributes. Enterprise controls include single sign-on, role-based permissions, a built-in approval process, ISO 27001:2022 certification and a 99.9% uptime commitment, and the vendor says LLMs are never allowed to train on customer data.
