ren is a personal concierge agent from Ren Human Systems that handles errands which take persistence. It makes actual phone calls, sits through hold queues, works through websites and completes forms, and when a task takes days it keeps following up and reports back when there is progress. Typical jobs include hard-to-get tickets, tables at fully booked restaurants, refunds from airlines or landlords, cancelling subscriptions with retention scripts, and working through government queues. before it spends money or commits you to anything, ren asks for your approval, and it links to services such as Gmail and Google Calendar solely when you allow it. Personal context stays on the phone or in Apple private cloud compute, limits are enforced by a separate system the model cannot override, and ren does not see your passwords or card numbers. It is in private beta on iOS and no pricing is published.
