What is Runbear?

Runbear lets a team set up AI agents that live inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, HubSpot and Zendesk, answer questions from connected knowledge sources and take actions in other tools. A single agent can serve an entire team, and tools linked through per-user authorization act as the person who made the request. Agents can run on Claude, GPT or Gemini, chosen per agent, and you can bring your own model key on higher plans. Usage is metered in credits that reflect how much model work a task needs, so there is no per-seat fee. Plans include a set number of builders who create agents in the dashboard. Team is $99 / month with 20,000 credits and 5 builders, Business is $399 / month with 100,000 credits and 10 builders, and Enterprise is custom. A free plan and a REST API and MCP server are also available.
