What is Scribe?

Scribe turns the work people already do into step-by-step guides. A Chrome or Edge extension captures clicks on websites, a desktop app covers other applications across multiple monitors, and screenshots can be uploaded from mobile and tablet. Each capture becomes a guide with annotated screenshots and AI-written titles and descriptions, which you can edit, brand with your company logo and colors, turn into GIFs, and redact for sensitive data. Guides can be shared by link or embed, or added to Confluence, Slack, Copilot and other tools. Pages group several guides into one process document, and Scribe Sidekick answers employees' repeat questions from that knowledge. Teams use it for onboarding, training, software rollouts and standard operating procedures. Plans are called Basic, Pro and Enterprise, all set at team level, with discounts for schools and nonprofits. Scribe does not publish dollar prices in its plan descriptions, so check its pricing page for current amounts.
