What is Pulumi Neo?

Pulumi Neo is an infrastructure agent built by Pulumi and driven by Anthropic's Claude models, which it reaches through Amazon Bedrock. Neo looks at the current state of your organization held in Pulumi Cloud, which lets it answer questions such as which resources use an outdated provider or why a stack failed. When a task calls for a change, Neo edits the infrastructure-as-code instead of clicking through a cloud console, runs pulumi preview to show the diff and any policy violations, and hands the work back as a pull request so branch protection and reviewers still gate what ships. It can also review pull requests and run recurring maintenance such as provider freshness checks and backup audits on a schedule. Neo is reachable from the Pulumi Cloud console, the pulumi neo command, editors like VS Code, Cursor, Zed and JetBrains IDEs, and Slack. Neo is available on paid Pulumi Cloud editions: Essentials is $40 per month, Pro is $400, Enterprise is $2,000, and Neo token usage is $3 per million tokens.
