Gigged.AI is a Glasgow-based platform for technology leaders who need to see which skills their people and AI agents have, and put the right mix on each project. Its Mobilise product keeps one inventory of human skills and deployed agents, matched against a taxonomy of more than 40,000 technology skills, and shows utilisation, skills gaps and agent deployment in live dashboards. Given a project brief, it splits the work into tasks, matches each task to an engineer or an agent, checks internal capability first, and then pushes the resulting plan to Jira.
