What is Curio MCP?

Curio MCP is the Model Context Protocol connection to Curio, a design library built for AI. Each style in the catalog comes with a machine-readable DESIGN.md that spells out colors, typography, spacing, shapes and motion across 13 spec sections. After you add one server URL to your AI client and sign in, you can ask for a look in plain language, for example restyling a deck in Bauhaus, and the assistant searches the library, reads the introduction, pulls the spec and applies it. Searching, browsing and previews are free. Unlocking a style costs 1 credit once, after which downloads, share links and MCP fetches for it are free, and the assistant asks before spending a credit. Credits are sold as one-time packs with no subscription, starting at 10 credits for $4.9, and they do not expire. Clients named include Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT and any client with remote MCP support.
