Basecamp Research builds EDEN, a biological foundation model with 28 billion parameters trained on 9.7 trillion nucleotide tokens from the company's BaseData evolutionary genomic dataset. EDEN is used to design therapeutics across several scales: recombinases and gene editors for DNA and RNA, novel peptides, proteins and operons, and cargo for programmed cells.
