What is Provus?

Provus is a CPQ (configure, price, quote) platform built for services organizations. Its AI Assistant turns a plain description of a project into a structured quote using your service catalog, roles and rate cards, and you can review and adjust it before sharing. The product line has three tiers: Provus CPQ Express for smaller teams moving past founder-led sales, Provus Commercial Hub for selling products, subscriptions, usage and services in one deal with PSA Essentials and a Finance Hub, and Provus Enterprise for complex services with scenario modeling, approvals and document generation. Provus AI Agents include Quote Optimizer, Deal Predictor, Proposal Response, Deal Rescue and Provus Admin. Quotes can be exported to PDF and saved to a CRM.
