Hire22.ai

What is Hire22.ai?

Hire22.ai is a recruiting platform for mid-level and senior hires in India that uses AI agents to do sourcing and first outreach. An employer posts a role, Hunter AI searches for active and passive candidates, CoNCT AI contacts them by WhatsApp, SMS, email and AI voice call to confirm interest, and the JoinX Score ranks the candidates who agreed, based on fit and how likely they are to join. SARA AI helps write the job post. Candidates stay anonymous in the first round and the employer sees skills and experience without a name, contact details or current employer. The vendor says most employers receive a shortlist within 22 hours, with no placement or success fee. Pricing is per job posting package: the Trial Package has a list price of ₹9,999, and first-time employers pay ₹2,999 plus GST for three job postings across three months, the Starter Package is ₹60,000 + GST covering 15 postings and 2 sub-users for 6 months, and Enterprise is custom. Creating a post is free; unlocking ranked profiles needs a package.
