What is TypingMind?

TypingMind is a chat front end that lets you talk to many AI models from one app by plugging in your own API keys. It supports OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, Grok, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and other providers, along with custom and local models through compatible endpoints, and you pay each provider per token rather than a monthly chat subscription. On top of plain chat it adds folders, tags, search, forking, shared chats, a prompt library, more than 50 built-in agents, a plugin marketplace, MCP connectors, a knowledge base for retrieval over your own files, and Artifacts and Canvas for building charts, mini apps and long documents. You can use it in the browser or install it as a progressive web app on macOS, Linux, Windows, iOS or Android. The pricing is a lifetime license: Standard is $39, Extended is $79 and Premium is $99, with a bulk license for up to 10 users and a separate Teams product for company workspaces that includes self-hosting.
