What is DeepCode AI?

DeepCode AI is the AI engine inside Snyk's application security products, most visibly Snyk Code and its fix suggestions. It combines symbolic AI, generative AI and machine learning with input from Snyk security researchers, so findings are checked rather than generated freely. Snyk says it covers more than 19 languages, draws on over 25 million data flow cases and was trained on permissively licensed open source projects with verified fixes, never customer data. Developers see results in the IDE, CLI, pull requests and CI/CD, where DeepCode AI Fix proposes patches in VS Code and JetBrains IDEs. Risk scoring weighs package popularity, code reachability and exploit maturity, and DeepCode AI Search lets teams write their own code queries.
