What is Uno Platform?

Uno Platform is an open-source framework for building native mobile, web, desktop and embedded apps from a single .NET codebase using C# and XAML. Uno Platform Studio is the paid toolset on top: Hot Design lets you edit a running app's UI visually, Hot Reload applies code changes instantly, and MCP servers let AI agents read and interact with your live app. Studio supports Visual Studio, VS Code and Rider across Windows, macOS and Linux, and imports designs from Figma. AI changes show up as ordinary C# and XAML in your solution. The framework is free under Apache 2.0. Studio has a Community plan at $0, a Pro plan at $39 per license per month billed monthly or $32.50 per month on the yearly toggle, and a Business plan at $119 monthly or $99.17 on the yearly toggle. Students, teachers and open-source maintainers can get Pro free.
