It listens to a visit on a phone or computer, separates the speakers, and produces a structured draft note in the clinician's own template, such as SOAP, H&P, APSO or DAP, along with suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. The site says a draft appears in under 30 seconds after the visit and that 30+ languages are supported.
