What is Reka AI?

Reka AI provides multimodal models and a developer platform that handle text, images, video and audio. The Reka Chat API follows the OpenAI format, so existing client code can point at api.reka.ai and call models such as Reka Edge, Reka Flash and Reka Core. The platform also hosts open models like DeepSeek, GLM and Qwen through serverless or on-demand inference, and it supports fine-tuning on your own data. Reka Vision adds video and image indexing, search, question answering, tagging and clip generation. Reka Edge can be run locally on an Apple Silicon Mac or served on a Linux GPU with vLLM. Chat pricing is pay as you go per million tokens, with Reka Edge at $0.10 per million input tokens, and the Vision API includes 3 free hours of indexed video. Enterprise terms are arranged with sales. The consumer-facing Reka Clip app has stopped taking new purchases.
