What is IVO?

IVO is an in-vehicle onboarding system built by Bamboo Apps that helps drivers learn what a vehicle can do. It runs inside the car on the infotainment system or as a mobile app, and it adapts its guidance to each car, truck or van, from unlocking and driving to charging and activating features. A voice assistant answers questions such as how to charge, explains warning alerts and reacts to issues like low tire pressure. A machine learning engine looks at the vehicle, surroundings and driver behaviour to offer tips at the right moment, for example suggesting driver assistance in heavy traffic. An augmented reality tour in the mobile app explains controls when the camera is pointed at them, and a content management system lets teams edit onboarding flows without developer help.
