What is Heyo?

Heyo is a social messaging automation tool for creators and small businesses on Instagram and TikTok. When someone comments a trigger word, Heyo sends a direct message with a link, guide, discount code or other next step. You can start from a goal-based template or describe what you want to an AI builder, which turns the idea into a flow you can edit and launch. Beyond sending links, Heyo supports waitlists, email capture, unique coupons, giveaways, instant wins and rewards. The TikTok side relies on an approved TikTok Business Messaging integration, available to eligible TikTok Business accounts. Heyo presents itself as a simpler alternative to Manychat for everyday creator campaigns. A Free plan is planned alongside Essential, Pro, Business and Advanced tiers, but beta pricing and plan details are marked as coming soon, with early access by request.
