What is Git AutoReview?

Git AutoReview is an AI code review extension for VS Code, including forks such as Cursor and VSCodium. You connect a GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repository, pick a pull request and click Review. The extension sends the diff and related context to Claude, Gemini or GPT, or to two or three of them in parallel with similar findings merged, and every result stays a draft until you approve, edit or reject it, so nothing is posted automatically. It uses your own API keys on every plan, which the vendor says means code goes straight to the AI provider and never to its servers. Extra features include review profiles, a .gitautoreview.md rules file, a 0-100% confidence score per finding, more than 20 security rules, Jira acceptance-criteria checks, and a Deep Review agent mode. Pricing is per team rather than per user: a Free plan with 10 reviews per day, Developer at $9.99/month and Team at $14.99/month, with annual billing cutting Team to $12.49/month.
