How to get started with Bik.ai

1. Connect your Shopify store to BIK and add credits to the BIK Wallet.
2. Choose prebuilt agents or define your own in Agent Studio with a goal, success criteria and instructions.
3. Build campaigns and journeys across WhatsApp, email, SMS and RCS, and turn on helpdesk AI features.
4. Review usage in the dashboard under Account Settings, where the wallet shows as Usage credits.

Bik.ai limitations

• Billing is prepaid: the wallet needs credits before you can send or run billable actions
• WhatsApp costs follow Meta's rate card by message category and country
• Wallet deductions are computed once a day at 2:00 AM IST, so the ledger lags by a day
• Free credit allocations differ by store and are set in each contract
• A few AI capabilities are platform-managed and cannot be switched off individually
