What is Revaluate?

Revaluate is a prospecting platform for real estate and mortgage professionals that scores the contacts in your database to show who is likely to move. It builds profiles for leads, prospects and past clients, scores each one nightly, and sends an alert by text, email, dashboard or CRM when a score rises above 80. The algorithm needs only an email address, and names and physical addresses can improve accuracy. Beyond scoring, plans include database cleanup tools such as address verification, address completion and email bounce checks, a report card for lost deals and listings, marketing automation with AVM marketing and custom landing pages, and instant lead alerts. It connects to CRMs through an API. Scores work only for contacts who live in the United States. Plans are Starter, Growth, Scaling and Enterprise, sized by contacts monitored and seats. 2. Revaluate builds profiles and scores each contact nightly.
3. Scores begin to appear after the initial processing period.
4. When a score rises above 80, you get an alert that the contact is very likely to move.
5. Reach out with your usual methods and use the cleanup and marketing tools to keep the database current.

Revaluate limitations

• Scoring works only for contacts who live in the United States
• Uploads can take up to two hours, and scores may take up to 72 hours to appear
• Appending email and phone numbers to datasets ended on January 1, 2025
• Databases under about 1,000 contacts may not get much value
