What is Escape?

Escape, also written ESCAPE.AI, is a content platform for creators and studios who make films, games and interactive stories with generative AI and game engines. It was founded by John Gaeta, an Academy Award winner known for The Matrix. Escape combines curated streaming of what it calls Neo Cinema with Neo Play, a shared multiplayer space with a Creator Club and an immersive 3D theatre where fans and creators can watch together. Festival collections give AI films a lasting home, and monthly live events include watch parties, premieres and Q&As. The company says its content is available on connected TV platforms including Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and The Roku Channel.
